ZodiacTeller provides astrological services for entertainment and educational purposes only. The information provided through our Services is not intended to replace professional advice of any kind.

You understand and agree that:

• Astrology is not scientifically validated and should not be relied upon for making important life decisions
• Astrological analyses and predictions are based on traditional astrological systems and modern AI interpretations, but results may vary and cannot be guaranteed
• Any actions or decisions you take based on information obtained through our Services are at your own discretion and risk
• ZodiacTeller is not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of or reliance on our astrological services

6. Subscription Services and Payment

Some features of our Services are available only with a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees as described at the time of purchase.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on either a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the subscription plan you select. Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, we will automatically renew your subscription and charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, but will not be renewed.

All payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in or made available through the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ZodiacTeller or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The ZodiacTeller name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ZodiacTeller or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of ZodiacTeller.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZodiacTeller, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or delete your account through the account settings.

10. Governing Law
